Does this sound familiar?
A major customer requires an ISO certificate, but the conventional route takes three to six months.
Accredited providers charge €5,000 to €15,000 – disproportionate for a 15-person company.
You fear a 200-page manual and forms that disrupt daily operations.
Standards language is difficult and the wrong investment could be costly.
There is a better way.
Independent certification for companies that value quality – without unnecessary administrative overhead.
No unnecessary bureaucracy
We assess your real-world processes and only the documentation the standard requires.
No excessive costs
Fixed prices, agreed audit days and no renegotiation.
Weeks, not months
Prepared companies can complete certification within a few weeks.
Our certifications
ISO 9001 – Quality management
The international standard for systematic quality management and reliable processes.
ISO 14001 – Environmental management
Structure your environmental performance and demonstrate responsibility to customers.
ISO 27001 – Information security
Protect information systematically – especially relevant for IT and software companies.
We also certify ISO 42001 (AI), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 50001 (energy management).
A genuine independent assessment
An ISO 9001 certification is evidence of a functioning management system even when the certification body is not accredited. The standard itself does not regulate accreditation.
In private-sector business, the customer decides which evidence it accepts. This is often suitable for supplier evaluations, tenders and demonstrating organisational maturity.
Management-system certification is not a regulated activity in Germany. Accreditation confirms technical competence; it is not an operating licence.
“ISO 9001 is ISO 9001. The difference is the route, not the standard.”
The requirements are identical. The assessment is tailored to your organisation. Accreditation is not generally required by law.
Accreditation is voluntary. Quality is not.
Sertiva works to the principles of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011. We separate auditing from the certification decision and make our procedures transparent.
We assess your system and its effectiveness.
Our auditors focus on evidence, implementation and continual improvement – not paperwork for its own sake.
